Q2 2025 SFR Investor Survey: Insurance Premiums Are Squeezing Cash Flow
Fresh data. The LendingOne–ResiClub Q2 2025 SFR Investor Survey, fielded from May 29 to June 13, 2025, gathered insights from 222 single-family landlords. Key findings:
59% of landlords say higher insurance premiums have reduced their cash flow — either moderately (42%) or significantly (17%) over the past year.
In the West, 19% of landlords report insurance premiums have risen more than 50% over the past five years.'
